Our 72 page illustrated book produced as part of Heritage Lottery project, Cree Valley Woodland Heritage, describes the historical and sociological life of the Cree Valley as well as the archaeological findings unearthed and interpreted during the project.

After a week of mostly decent weather this week, it finally turned today and decided to remind us that it is winter time.
I took a few photos before we had to abandon the site. We will have to put the finishing touches to it at a later date. I will keep you posted.
A big thank you to all the volunteers who worked so hard this week to reveal another part of the Clauchrie site.
We now need to sit down and work out the different uses of the buildings and some details of the lives of the inhabitants, so that we can use this information on planned interpretation and in a booklet on the local woodland heritage.
